T-397BS2503 is a color active-matrix thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that adopts amorphous silicon TFT as the switching device. It mainly consists of LCD panel, flexible circuit board, backlight element and driving IC. There is an active display area with a diagonal size of 3.97 inches, capable of displaying a color screen of 480*800 pixels. This 480x480 TFT liquid module adopts TN display mode, with the best viewing angle being ALL, and the normal operating temperature is -20~+70. The service life is up to 20,000 H. Besides, T-397BS2503 is a customizable color LCD module. It can be customized according to customer requirements, such as interface definition, flexible circuit board design, brightness adjustment, screen display processing (anti-glare), etc.
